Responsibilities included transaction structuring, legal documentation, preparation of offering circulars, and distribution among selected financial institutions.

• Syndicated Financing: Participated in syndicated financing transactions valued at approximately USD 1 billion in a Joint Lead Manager capacity, covering transaction structuring, legal documentation, preparation of information memoranda, and distribution to selected financial institutions.

• Dispute Resolution & Anti-Arbitration Advisory: Provided advisory support to clients in more than 20 legal cases and disputes, contributing to successful outcomes.

• International Communication: Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, supporting professional engagement across international markets.
